Year 6 Chilli Making (Classes 13 and 14)

Year 6 had a wonderful day making chilli con carne and vegetarian 2 bean chilli from scratch. They had to prepare all the ingredients and cook them safely in small groups. We were so impressed with their cookery skills and how sensibly they used the equipment. After the cooking, the children designed their own packaging for their dish and considered the unique selling point (USP) for their meal. Their final products all looked great (and smelt amazing)!
