Kettles Yard Workshops for Arbury Carnival 2026

Children from 6 classes were joined by artists from Kettles Yard and had a wonderful time creating costumes and props to wear for Arbury Carnival. Their creations were inspired by this year's theme: Music Legends, so imagine guitars, microphones and huge sunglasses (these were a particular hit with our Year 6 classes!) Our youngest children paid special homage to David Bowie by singing 'Starman' as they modelled their Ziggy Stardust headbands and waved their starry festival wands. It was quite a magical moment! Thank you once again to the artists from Kettles Yard for providing this wonderful opportnity and for working so hard to enable so many children to benefit from the sessions.
