Welcome to Arbury Primary School, our friendly and happy school family. We have established and continue to maintain a very experienced team of leaders, committed to the long-term stability and success of our school. We also have a very experienced, enthusiastic and committed teaching staff. Our staff retention is very good and we have very low levels of staff absence. This is a result of running a happy, well-organised school that families and staff choose to be part of. Relationships and wellbeing are at the heart of our ability to ensure that all children are inspired to learn. We value and celebrate the differences that make up our school community and encourage children to be proud of who they are and the families they are part of. Year 5 and 6 Athletics Competition
Some of our brilliant Year 5 and 6 students took part in an inter-schools athletics competition today and did a great job!
Y2 Visit to Hunstanton and SEALIFE Centre
Children in Year 2 enjoyed a fantastic day out, starting at the SEALIFE Centre, where they explored and got to meet lots of marine creatures. They then had a rockpool workshop, where the starfish were the stars of the show! They then headed to the beach for lunch and more fun.
Author Visit to Year 4 and 5
Year 4 and 5 had a special visit from the award-winning author Onjali Rauf, who ran a workshop based on her amazing book 'The Night Bus Hero'.
Y1 Visit to Shepreth Wildlife Park
Y1 classes enjoyed a wonderful visit to Shepreth Wildlife Park, where they found out more about animals and their habitats. There was lots to learn in the educational workshops led by the zookeepers and lots to explore too!
Year 6 Art- Zaha Hadid
Year 6 have really enjoyed their latest art unit inspired by the architect Zaha Hadid and they have created some absolutely stunning building designs!
Arbury Carnival 2026!
Families and staff had a wonderful time celebrating this year's 'Music Legends' theme at Arbury carnival with a fabulous turn out for the procession and performances from our school choir and samba band in the main arena too!
