We are an 'outstanding' primary school following an inspection by OFSTED in 2011.
Arbury Primary School is a Community Primary School maintained by the Local Education Authority. It caters for girls and boys between the ages of 4 and 11 years.
Arbury School opened in January 1956 to serve the South Arbury area. The School roll increased rapidly in its early years and in September 1959 the infant department became a separate school. In subsequent years the child population of the area has fallen and in September 1977 the two schools were amalgamated to form a single school.
